Dr. Almunia graduated from New York University and has a Medical Degree from the University of Zaragoza in Spain. He practiced at the Nassau County Medical in Long Island, NY, and finished his residency as a Psychiatry Specialist at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL.
After being licensed in Florida, he opened his private practice and worked as a medical consultant at South Miami Hospital along with other professionals at the Addictions Treatment Program.
Dr. Almunia combines his medical and psychotherapy knowledge to offer the best medical attention to his patients.
